I have an illustration below of how I would do this. The Route node sends the first job in the job group to the upper branch. The upper branch adds a page and adds text using Watermark. The print node on the branch uses the Leading Banner page feature on the printer. The lower branch uses a Collect node to delay (by 2 minutes) the sub-jobs #2 and later -- this ensures that the upper branch job will hit the printer first. The print node on the lower branch uses "Collect All Documents" to ensure the sub-jobs are released in order to the printer -- in this case no leading banner page is used.
