Can You Collate Sets pf Documents for printing, While Keeping Setting Different?

I am wondering is there a way to print a goup of documents like they are a collated set, but have a section that are stapled seperate from each other. 

Like pages 1-7 are stapled, then pages 8-20 are stapled. and so on. I am making packets and so these things have to be stapled sepertely, butI have 100 and womder if I can get /fiery to collate it all for me.
