Got it working. I was setting up a demo version in Win 8 and everything is located in different locations than the instructions.

I don't see a lot of installation problems. It is very important that you follow the installation instructions to the letter (in terms of the IIS configiuration). If you have validated that I would suggest that you contact the hotline so they can escalate to someone that would know far more about this than me.

This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".
