One other question - can you post the exact version of DFE software and the print engine you are connecting to?
I am having a little trouble picturing the setup... Can you send me a picture of the printers, FFCore along with their IP addresses and the firewalls in between?
No they are on two seperate subnets.
Are FFCore and the Printers both in 192.xxx addresses?
At this time I cannot add one printer. Thanks for the help
The Nat we are using is a one to one translation for discussion the public ip 128.x.x.205 to private 192.x.x.205. So traffic for that public ip is redirected to the private ip. Also we have had similar issue with process manager which is using the same printers but I have able to add the printers as I can define information manually.
If you are using NAT it's not just a matter of opening up ports. You also have to setup port forwarding. Are the printers behind the NAT server? If so that may be problematic since port forwarding typically sends all traffic to a given port to a single computer behind the NAT server.
Speaking of ports - you can get a complete list of them in the FFCore security document in here:

I have confirm the snmp is enabled and can reach the DFE webpage. One thing that may be different than other install is we use NAT translation for our production print network. Also I have confirmed that the firewall is open both directions. At this time we are the demo verison of the software so I do not have anything that I can contact hotline with. We are purchasing the software at this time. I am trying to work out issue early,
Thanks in advance
I would make sure to get this to the hotline so that a developer can take a look.
In the meanwhile, please make sure SNMP is enabled on the DFE. I would also make sure that you can pull up the default webpage on the DFE. Based on the error it seems we are having a hard time ascertaining the DFE type.
