I just answered this question in the private forum. Assuming that you are working with Krystian, he has a sample output file.

I used to enclosed preflight profile to convert the file to grayscale. You can use this with the Preflight component in FFCore.

I did a test, and Pitstop converted from color to grayscale better then Core does. That being said, could you tell me the best settings in Manage Color for grayscale conversion. Do I need Pitstop server to export my color to grayscale profile? I have a color to grayscale action list in Pitstop, but I cannot import that, so I am wondering how to go about bringing in a good color to grayscale profile.
