Convert component missing in our version of FFC 4.0

Correct - conversion of MS Office files use an API that does not use a .joboptions file.

Thanks. What caught my eye in the documentation was FFC's ability to convert a .pub to .pdf. I see from the list you have directed my attention to that there is no specific .pub to .pdf job option.

The Convert components (there are several under the hood) are not visible in the workflow. They are always added to the start of every workflow and are used when non-PDF files are submitted.

You can define conversion options in the Options panel when building a workflow

I have been reviewing the FreeFlow Core documentation and noticed that our base FFC installation should come with a Convert component within the Workflow Setup environment. How can I get it?
