Copy the job related folder in spool folder to somewhere for backup

A more complete solution. I left out $FFOut$ before in the script.

This works -- not as eligant a solution as I'd like. I cannot get the hotfolder script and the WF with the external node to execute at the same time.

First set up a Hotfolder with a script (copy.bat). This copies the incoming file before it is converted to pdf.

Setup another WF, with an external node (setup with the parameters shown below) and the script save_temp2.bat). This copies the xpif, preflight , and the job pdf). Remember one needs a preflight node to create a preflight report. The attached file need the .txt extension removed to run.

I have tried this bat file with exrtrnal node before but it backup the converted file (pdf file) only. I would like to backup the input file (postscript file), temp xpf file and the preflight report.

Try this: Add an external node to the Workflow with the setup in the screensnap. Also included is the script bat file. You'll need to remove the ".txt" extension for it to work. The scripts are loaded at: C:\Xerox\FreeFlow\Core\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Data\Scripts

I noticed that there are five related folders in sppol folder for one job.
