If I export from Core Exchange using the portal, I get the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". So instead I've been using the Core Exchange application on the server.
We have a user account that the software will function properly under, but it's a VPN account for the use of Xerox support. This has recently been strenghened with MFA so I can no longer use it myself. Nor can I use the service account.
I can access the server with my own AD account which has server admin rights, but the Core Exchange software doesn't run properly. I can get as far as clicking 'export items' but no output is generated and no data appears in the 'export results' dialog. How can I get this account to run Core Exchange?
