Core stuck in processing

Has anyone had the issue when after submitting a job to Core through hotfolders, Core becomes stuck in processing?  I can still access workflows and other functions but Job Management and Status is unavailable.  Maybe it's something simple but so far this is the third time it's happened.  I have a call in with Xerox but while I wait to hear from them I thought I'd throw this to the group here.
