Create workflow+hotfolder without using the GUI

Could this be something that can be added in the near future, perhaps add it on some kind of wishlist? And how about a method to build a .FFC file myself, is that maybe an option?

One needs to use the GUI to create Workflows. There is no alternative method for creating WFs.

How could i create a workflow without using the GUI. I know the individual components do exsist in FreeFlowCore.

This is similar to importing a workflow+hotfolder setup with the FreeFlowCore Exchange CLI, but in this case i want to create the .FFC file myself.

OR

use an API call to create the workflow+hotfolder setup in FreeFlowCore, bonus points if the creation of components could also be done with an api call.
