Decision possible on preflight result?

You are absolutely right in your suggestions. My mistake was, that i made changes in a workflow, that was not activated in the hotfolder ...

You can route by the PDF Producer eihter with a Preflight Check or by using a Route Preset. To be able to route you will need the Advanced Automation licens.

1. If you use the Route preset you will have to set up the Job Charateristics to check for Job Metadata/Producer/Begins with/Creo Normalizer.
2. With Acrobat Preflight you can create a check that goes to error when the Producer name Begins with Creo Normalizer. To send this a different way you can then route by preflight result. I have attached such a preflight check.

I want to react on a preflight result, where I want to filter on a specific PDF creator, for example "Creo Normalizer JTP". Files with that creator should run another way than the other PDF files.

I could live with searching for text strings in the preflight reports for example.
But in my tries I had no success.
