I'm momentaly facing problem with printer Xerox C70. Thru FreeFlow print server, we are managing print jobs, but since yesterday the upper left area, where were info about printer is blank and its says ''Printer device inactive''. The printer is printing from its UI normally, but if you want print from print server, its absolutely inactive. Any ideas please? Thanks in advance!
