The hotline number (at least in the US) is 1-800-821-2797.
They will need the FFCore serial number.
I would suspect that this is a problem with the file. However, a developer would have to ascertain what's happening.
Can you escalate this issue to the support hotline?
I have a job that fails with the error below every time it is ran. Is it a problem with FFC or with the file?
"Document format value C:\Program Files\Xerox\FreeFlowConnect\Platform\Spool\7b8c3055-bb9f-4459-a3a1-4b6bdd4f2aa9\output.pdf not supported"
I also have another job that fails every time with 1 error but the error isn't listed. Is there a log file that I can use to view the actual error codes?
