Re: Dynamic Page exception

If you have the Advanced Automation license, you can use the External node to attach the same xpif to each job processed by the node. See screensnap for node setup. I've attached a cmd file (needs to be loaded at F:\Xerox\FreeFlow\Core\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Data\Scripts ) and an xpif which for this example needs to be loaded at C:\Temp on your FFCore server.

Re: Dynamic Page exception

Hi David

The xpf works, thanks.

If I send 20.000 pdf to FFCore, that I like to modify and join. Do you have a suggestion how to uniquely name a xpf for each pdf on the fly? A script in a Hotfolder? will that be effective?

Regards

Re: Dynamic Page exception

I've attached two xpf files. The "job1.pdf.xpf" should fit the scenario you described. It must be submitted (at the same time) with a pdf with the name "job1". I also attached a more generalized xpif file which you can modify to meet your needs.

Dynamic Page exception

I like to submit a number of PDFs one each letter, 2 or 3 pages to FFCORE and combine them to one file.

1) How can I use FFCore to say that the last page in every letter is mediacolor [color] before combining them.

2) Also how can I use FFCore to set the 2 first pages in a three page letter to duplex and page three to simplex before combining them

For information I will also add OMR code, Open/Close to the individual letter and a sequense to the combined file. I can do this, my trouble is the set pages instructions above.

I use Solimar as output manger, so FFCore I absolute prefer a method that support this workflow, but is open to alternatives.
