Hi Javier,
Thanks for that suggestion. After clearing the cache a couple of times and closing/restarting IE the affected users were able to edit the workflow.
Sometimes SL can be a bit stubborn on content caching but if you are sure that the cache has been cleared please escalate to the hotline.
Thanks- Yes this only affects come computers and the users have cleared their browser cache.
Have you tried different computers?
I had similar problem on one computer buth not another. I helped to cleare the cache.
Ken
No the browsers were IE 10 and Firefox.
Are you using Chrome?
Chrome does not support SL. It generally works but only for simpler things - e.g. streaming media - and not always for more complex applications.
If not, I would suggest upgrading to the latest build (v4.0.1.1) and clearing all browser caches.
If the above does not resolve the problem, please escalate to the hotline.
To add some more detail to the issue, when some users attempt to edit or create a workflow they are presented with a white screen and are forced to log back in. The affected users have tried different browsers with the same outcome. Their version of Sliverlight was patched on February 18th 2015. When they use the same login credentials and attempt to edit one of the same workflows on a computer that wasn't patched they are able to complete the work as usual. Is there any known issue with Silverlight and FF Core 4.0.1.0
A february Xerox pc update has resulted in us being unable to edit save nodes. We are uncertain if this is due to incompatibility with .NET or Silverlight.
Has anyone else on the Xerox network experienced this?
