I have never heard of this problem before. You could try a restart. Otherwise contact Xerox support. This should not happen.
We get an error on our CORE Server after we completed a windows update on our server that states "Revert Changes. The system encountered an error while loading the workflows." Also the hot-folders say they are retrieving but it comes back with none. Any ideas of were to go to get more specifics to diagnosis this issue or possibly a resolve?
