Re: FF Core CPU hogging

There can be many reasons for the CPU utilisation being high.

One could be when there is broken or corrupt file in a hot folder which the system is trying to pick up for processing but cannot - if this is the case, check all the hot folders and make sure there is no files in them. It also could be network related issues when talking to printers, in this case disable the printers in the printer management and see if CPU utilisation goes down.

To analyse the issue further, please contact your Xerox support, who will be able to investigate the root cause.

Re: FF Core CPU hogging

If FFCore is not processing, it should consume at most ~3% of the CPU. Can you post an image of the CPU consumption? You could try a system reboot.

FF Core CPU hogging

Hi everyone,

FF Core setup: Xeon E5-2643 v4 @ 3.4GHz, 16GB RAM, WinServer 2016 64bit

The problem is that MantisService (FreeFlow Core) is utilizing 66% CPU even though there are no jobs are being sent or processed. When jobs are being sent or processed, CPU is almost always at 100%.

Is there a way to troubleshoot and figure out why this is happening and/or how to speed things up?
