Fatal System Error (C03-308) notification

This is a Forum for FFCore (a pre-press application). The error you are referring to is a print engine issue. The DFE will provide notification of printer errors most likely using SNMP. FFCore is aware of printer status messages and posts them in the Printer Management GUI. FFCore does not provide notifications for printer state conditions. FFCore will provide notifications for:

1. FFCore license expiration
2. FFCore job processing failures
3. FFCore preflighting outcomes

Is there anyway I would be able to get a notification when the Fatal System Error occurs in order to prevent a loss in production of printing? We currently use Splunk for several server notifications, is there any specific errors I can look for to alert me when this error occurs so we can address it right away?
