If it only happens with the French then it has to be an issue with translation, so escalating through normal process is the only way to get it addressed.

Just a precision,

We can't create the JDF only with a FRENCH configuration

2008 R2 French server or

2012 French server

Installation FF Core in French langage

With a US English installation all is ok with the JDF.

I wish use a node "finishing bindery" as FF connect with FF core 3001 and I never receive JDF file in the folder used for Ultimate bindery. .

I get an error message (in french): Le format de la chaine d'entrée est incorrect.
