This should not be happening. You can contact Xerox support to have them look at the issue.

Your SW release is a bit old. The latest release is 5.4.1, you could consider upgrading. Not sure if this would eliminate the issue.

Free Flow Core hotfolders Need restarted

We are using FFC v5.1.0.0[2017.11.27 15501 01.20].

I have several hotfolders setup on our server. When a Mac user drops a file into a hotfolder, sometimes it just sits there, and I need to restart the hotfolder. It rarely happens to a file that a PC user submits. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason which hotfolder. It could be "HotfolderA" today, "HotfolderB" yesterday, and could be "HotfolderJ" last week.
