Changing the IP address should be any issue. Just change in windows as normal. The services and DB don't use the IP address.
But I'm not sure about the workgroup so I've asked.
As a precaution, I would recommend that you use Core Exchange and make a clone copy of all your workflows prior to any configuration changes. Just in case you need to reinstall. It's a good idea to do this periodically anyway.
