FreeFlow Core Email Notification via the Xerox Email Account to be discontinued
Beginning with FreeFlow Core 6.1.1, support for the preconfigured Xerox Email account was removed for NEW installs when configuring Email Notification. The Xerox Email Account remained available for existing customers running prior versions of the software.
Effective November 4, 2021, the preconfigured Xerox Email account will be disabled for ALL VERSIONS of FreeFlow Core. If you are using the Xerox Email account, you must change the account to a Gmail or customer SMTP account under Email Notification Setup ON OR BEFORE THIS DATE.
FreeFlow Core continues to support the option to use of a Gmail account or a customer SMTP account for sending Email notifications.
