FreeFlow Core Word Documents fail to process

I'm getting the following warning when submitting word documents in various versions

Incompatible Files Found

The following files are not supported for submission:

If the files have the extension of .doc or .docx, they should be processed by FFCore. I recommend contacting Xerox service -- this may be a SPAR.

Please also ensure that you are using Microsoft Office version 2013 or 2016. Earlier versions are not supported.
