Support is available for the then, current release only. In the event that a customer encounters a problem with an older version of the software, Support will request that the customer upgrade to the current release first before they begin troubleshooting. 

 

As noted, as long as the customer maintains their support and maintenance (FSMA), updates and upgrades are always no charge. With maintenance and support, Customers can obtain the latest updates and upgrades online, as well as access Xerox support via phone.

FFCore upgrades are free with maintenance. As such, if you encounter an issue we would first determine if the issue is still present in the most current version (5.0.0.4 and soon tobe 5.0.0.5). If the issue requires a software fix we would implement that in the most current baseline.

Hi,

I am the new support of FreeFlow Core in our organisation.

I would like to know how about licensing of it

Our version is 4.0.0.2. what is the ended date time suppport of this version.
