Hi,
Are you sure it is the resize node that's aborting the job?
In the jobs information you should see the last attempted step in the workflow.
I also had failing jobs and that was my Preflight node which was set to error the job. This was set this way, without my knowledge, when the Free Flow Core software was upgraded.

Add a Resize node to the start of the workflow. use the following settings
Leave the settings in the other tab to their defaults.
This should add a trimbox if there's no trimbox in the PDF.
Is there anyway you can lay this out step by step, in the diagram I printed out some boxes are not visible so I am not sure if these boxes checked or unchecked could be causing trouble.
I have other workflows that are working well but this workflow is absolutely a high priority for repetitive jobs that come into our print shop.
I will attempt to use hotline and will call my sales rep/systems analysts.
Please escalate to the hotline ASAP. If there is something that requires a developer to take a look it will have to go through the hotline.
Also, I would suggest contacting your xerox sales person they should be able to get someone to help you navigate the hotline and to escalate this issue with high priority.
One other thing to try... Add a resize node fore this workflow. Set width and height to 100% for the trim box. If the trim box is missing this will add a trim box to the document.
Following the step for adding bleed by using mirroring content but I keep getting an internal error + job 2 is in the aborted state. This means nothing and I am desperately in need of help can someone please help!
