Hi all,
I have some problems installing and/or connecting FreeFlow Remote on a Windows server system.
We had FreeFlow Remote installed and working on a Windows 2003 server several years. But now we have to switch to a newer OS and I tried to install FreeFlow Remote on Win2012 and Win2016 but it doesn't work.
On Win2012 in compatibility mode I can install but it can't connect to the printer.
On Win2016 the installer told me that this OS isn't supported.
I tried it with the following version:
FreeFlow Remote Print Server (FFRPS) Software - Xerox
- Version: 2011.13 (20190328-2)
After some community posts I tried it with different other versions but I get always the message "OS not supported" or if I can install the software can't connect to the printer.
Are there any ideas? Is there a possibility to create a log during installation to get some information why I can't install?
