Your symptoms should not be happening. I recommend contacting Xerox support to sort out the issue.

Just sent two jobs to print via web interface, and since then its been sitting in "Retrieving jobs" state for like 10 minutes, refreshes didn't do anything, and I don't think its ever going to work until I restart the server.

And after restart, web interface still won't load...
After like 5 minutes the list of jobs showed up, but its still hanging in "Retrieving jobs" state, can't do anything with it.

This also seems to a problem with just the web interface, as the jobs submitted via hotfolders still get processed and sent to the printer just fine unless stopped by preflight checks.

I have the same problem, sometimes "Retrieving jobs" just stays there forever and requires multiple refreshes before it actually works

I'm having trouble at the job management screen where it just scrolls retrieving jobs and it never stops. Sometimes its extremely slow with this issue but today it never goes anywhere. Is this a common issue for others?
