Could you try <IPAddress>:8010

As it is a third party printer using JDF/JMF you should specify the JMF port.

If you select "Refresh Printer Info", the list of queues should appear -- see below. If this does not work contact Xerox support. It could be an EFI or FFCore problem -- someone will have to do a bit of diagnostic work to figure it out.

It wasn't enabled, I enabled it, but it did nothing, still only see print queue.

Is the Fiery JDF enabled? See below. I can't think any other reason for the behavior you are seeing.p1.png

FreeFlow doesn't see printer's Hold queue

Jump to solution

When adding Ricoh Pro C7200x to printer destinations, there is no option to select a Hold queue.

It selects a Print queue with no option to change it to anything else.

The Hold queue is published and works just fine, I checked it in Fiery CommandWorkstation settings.

There is an option "Use LPR" which allows to type in the queue name manually, and then submission to Hold queue works.

However, this option does not transfer any variables or settings like Print Quantity or Sides Imaged.

Instead all jobs submitted this way just use whatever defaults were set in Fiery CommandWorkstation.

So this option is even worse as a result.
