About the imposition problem:

I have seen this behavior and believe it will be fixed in v4 SP1. However, it is always good to be absolutely certain all details were wokred out. I really do not know how things work in the field other than generally know that you should have a way to escalate thigns to the development team through the hotline. I would ask Ken about the process. 

About the watermark problem:

I have not seen this problem. Google chrome does not support Silverlight. It works most of the time but sometimes there are problems like the one you describe (and sometimes there are other problems). Please try to see if the watermark problem is there with IE or Firefox. If the problem is there please submit to the hotline as well.

I thought I saw an escalations related to the custom sheet size units reverting back to inches. Can you submit a technical escalation to the hotline?

The preview size is not part of the imposition template which is why you see this behavior.

That said, I understand that this is an usbility problem as there should be some consistency when you return to edit a template. Not sure that it makes sense to add the preview sizes to the template, but I certainly understand the need to have some sort of association between the template and your selected preview size.

I think that problem i solwed in the next version. I have heard some rumors about it.

Another bug in imposition, is when you do a change in an impoisition used in more than one que, youi don`t get any message that it will effect another worksflow when you save it.

That has caused me some extra job......

Hi Ken,

With the imposition there is another annoying bug.

Using imposition component, you can add Cut Marks. And this is OK. But Cut Marks were added as RGB. In case that one side of the print sheet lies in color and second only b&w the printer will treat both as color. The same problem will occur with b&w book but in this case we can set up a dedicated queue on FreeFlow Print Server.

I think there is more bugs/better solutions for more components in Core. I have also found out if you copy a cue to make another with same setup. You can`t rename route name but you can change the routes.

I can confirm. On my demo laptop there is exactly the same error.

I also noticed the problem with units. If you define sheet size using millimeters and then save and close after returning it is again in inches.

Hi Here is some week points i have found in the GUI of Imposition, that makes the time of making an template longer than nesessary. Any one else that feels the same? When opening an exicisting imposition, it always show the preview pages in A4. even if the imposition is saved with 85x55 mm In layout page order, when scrolling in the window and you hit bottom or top, it starts to scroll the main layout window. In layout page order, you cant use arrows or tab to change between lines pages for changing numbers. Must use mouse. The layout window should bee bigger, so its possible to see more than lines at once. Its faster to navigate when you have 42 pages. Hopefully this is already been taken care of in next version Regards Ken Carlsen
