In the hot folder settings, changing the Job Priority to Normal should solve this issue and no files should be left behind.

That's not expected behavior. Please escalate to the hotline so that a developer can take a look.

When submitting a CSV into the hot folder - sometimes the CSV gets stuck and doesn't process, is there a script or a setting I can put into the hot folder for it to 'auto rescan every 10seconds' because I have to manually cut and paste it back into the hotfolder for it to pick up
