Note: This HOWTO post will cover the case in which a PDF file has N pages with each page being a panel for a different table tent. However, this could be extended to support scenarios in which the same tent is repeated on the laytout or scenarios in which table tents are submitted as separate PDFs.
Although it is possible to implement the layout above using 6up imposition and manual page order, this HOWTO focuses on automating imposition for table tents of different sizes (although still assuming they will fill the sheet in one row). The key to that implementation is to think about the components of the layout.
In this case, we will create a 2 stage imposition which will first impose each table tent and then impose all table tents into the final press sheet size.
The first imposition stage impsoses 2up Repeated with clustering enabled on a 14.33 x Automatic press sheet size.
The imposition also uses a .25" margin and a .125" horizontal gutter.
Lastly, the top cell is rotated 180 to produce the layout for one table tent.
At this point, the document whose height will be 14.33 and whose width will be the width of the incoming document + .5".
The trimbox in this document will be set around the perimeter of the imposed trimboxes which will allow the second stage in the imposition preset to control the gutters between table tents.
The second imposition stage imposes into the final press sheet size (14.33 x 26). This imposition uses the Sequential Page Order with Auto Columns, Fixed Rows
As such, the layout will have one row with as many columns as possible on the press sheet

I have a customer that needs to print Table tents. Each column represents a single tent with same image top and bottom. The Side A of a tent is in the top of the column and Side B of same tent is in the bottom, the tent gets folded in the middle.
