Imposing multiple business cards or postcards for sheet fed cutter creaser

I would do this as a 2 stage impositionusing the following settings:

First Stage - impose each row

• Press Sheet size - impose to the final width and "automatic" height.
  • This will allow you to use this template for business cards and for post cards of any size

• Set Page Order Cut & Stack with 1 sheet per stack - this will give you the required page order for the layout row
• Set Rows and Columns to Automatic
  
  • This will allow you to use this template for business cards and for post cards of any size
• Impose using the trimbox

• Define gutters and margins per your requirements
  • Note - the margins are used to retain bleed. They will not impact placement on the second imposition stage as FFCore sets a trimbox to matcht he perimeter of the imposed trimboxes in the layout.

Imposition Stage 1 Layout:

Second Stage - Repeat Rows to fill layout and adjust quantity

• Press Sheet size - 12 x 18
• Page Order Repeated
• Impose using trimbox
• Rows and Columns - Automatic
  • This will allow you to use this template for business cards and for post cards of any size
• Gutters and Margins - same as above (or per your requirements)

How do I set up a template to impose an 8 page business card file in 5 rows and 4 columns on 12x18.

I got the first sheet to work, but had 4 other sheets that had random pages scatter.

This is not very intuitive compared to other imposition software I have used before.

I just need 1  (2 sided) sheet that looks like this:
