Re: Inserting Route Component in to existing workflow

Hi Javier :)

Ah. yes. Sorry I was meant to ask if there was anyway to select and drag all components as one group rather than one at a time. I guess you have already given me the answer.

Many Thanks

Re: Inserting Route Component in to existing workflow

Once you have added additional branches to the Route component you can move existing components to those branchesvia drag and drop. You will need to move the components one at a time.

Inserting Route Component in to existing workflow

Hi

I have an existing workflow which I want to insert a Route Component into.

When I drag and drop the Route Component in to the workflow, the existing workflow components after the Route Component automatically go to the bottom ‘Other’ route option which I don’t want, instead I want the existing components to be the top route, with the other route left as 'other'.

How do I move the existing workflow components up a route option so they no longer flow through the ‘Other’ route?

Thanks
