Can you please share (upload) a copy of the preflight you are using? Or maybe a small video of your settings? (I know the site doesnt always allow upload of images). I dont recall the preflight downsampling any images. Typically it generates a cover page and annotates with links where low res images are.

Someone MAY have added to the workflow to downsample so that the file can more easily be sent via email?

Is there a way to create a higher quality preflight report?

We are sending preflight reports to our project managers with flags for low res images. When you look at the preflight report, all of the images are downsampled so far that they all look bad, which is causing pushback from the customer saying the images they sent us were not as low res and the images in the report. Ugh.

Does anyone know of a way to create a higher resolution preflight report? For example, if I use the same profile to preflight a PDF in Acrobat, the preflight report that is created has high quality images throughout, except for the actual low res images.
