Re: Is there a way to resize the picture size of a pdf in freeflow core?

I created a preflight profile (online publishing) that drastically reduce PDF file size
from 200+Megabytes to 300k

You can do this in the Preflight process node.

Launch Adobe Acrobat and create a preflight profile with two fixups:

Downsample color images to 600

Downsample grayscale images to 600

You can then upload that profile into FFCore for use in preflight.

PS>Acrobat has fixups you can copy and adjust when creating the profile.

Is there a way to resize the picture size of a pdf in freeflow core?

Hi @ all,

I have some very large pdf files with pictures more than 600dpi. Is it possible to resize/reduce the size of the picture in freeflow core, because I just need 600dpi for printing.

I hope that you can help me.

Regards

Thomas
