If you are referring to the "dot mac" files, then upgrade to the latest version of FFCore (v4.0.2.0) that has a fix for this problem.
Nevermind. Turns out it was because I was making the ZIP file on a Mac with the built-in Archive Utility. By default, that utility adds some Mac specific files/folders to the ZIP archive that were throwing off Freeflow. Once I created the ZIP using a stand-alone app designed for making "Windows friendly" ZIP files, everything worked fine. Thanks again for all your help!
Hi Javier, I just tried this and it is not working for me. I submit a ZIP file (with 3 PDFs inside) to the hot folder and the ZIP disappears after a few moments like I would except, but it never shows up in the Job Status tab in FFC. Not in active, completed, or failed. Just doesn't show up at all. If I submit a single file to the hot folder, it goes to the workflow without issue. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
Oh, of course. That makes sense. Thanks!
Hello all, is there a way to submit documents as a Job Group via hot folders?
