Thanks for the help! It took a while but I got a hold of support and they were able to get us the license info we needed.
This could be a licensing issue when the software was reinstalled. These capabilities are part of the Output Management module. Select the Licensing link at the bottom the User Interface and it will display the licensed options. If you do NOT see Output Management listed, then you need to update the license. You can do this by going to the Xerox Software Activation Portal at: https://www.xeroxlicensing.xerox.com/activation/
Enter your Output Management Activation Key, confirm your configuration and select "Download License File." Then use the FreeFlow Core License tool Start: [All Programs: Xerox: FreeFlow Core: License Tool] to reload the new license file. Reboot the system to apply the changes.
Our freeflow core recently ran into some stability issues and support reinstalled it. We are pretty much working from a blank canvas here now but as I'm rebuilding some workflows I noticed Distribute Jobs Between Selected Printer wasn't available, looking at the printers I can't turn on Job Submission Regulation for any of them as it's just greyed out. Any ideas on how to get it functioning again?
