MAX file not found

Jump to solution

HI,

Trying to get a MAX workflow running.

I get an error message that file is not found.

Both the filename and network path are correct. I have no problem to access the PDF-file from the FFCore server.

Any Ideas what could be wrong?

Typically this would be an access control problem.

Two things:

1. FFCore can only access shared directories if the service's LogOn property has been changed to a windows account (of your choosing) - the so called "service account". The install instructions have details.

2. If the above is true, log into the computer using the service account credentials. Go to Start -> Run and paste in the URL to the file. The file should open without prompting for credentials. If that does not happen then you should add the credentials to that account using Credentials Manager. Detils are in the installation instructions.

Hi,

Changing the LogOn Property of the service solved the problem.

Thanks!
