Re: MAX issue with specific content 'REPORT'

I am not aware of any reserved words in MAX. Can you escalate this to the hotline? I want to make sure development takes a look.

MAX issue with specific content 'REPORT'

We have identified an issue with MAX running in Core 4.0.3.3.

When a MAX file is submitted containing the word 'REPORT' it fails to queue the content of the MAX file and instead tries to queue the MAX file as a PDF (and obviously fails). It does not matter if the word is part of a filename, path or content onthe header or other field the file will fail to import. If the case is changed to 'Report' the process is fine or if 'REPORT' is eliminated from the file the file will import correctly.

Taking the same MAX file with 'REPORT' and processing through Process Manager works successfuly.

Is this somehow a reserved word for the system?

Chris
