We recently upgraded Microsoft Office on our Core server. Word files convert nicely, but Excel and PowerPoint files either fail, or just sit in Processing mode. What would we need to do to be able to process Excel and PPT files?
If Word files are converting then conversion for all office files should work.
Please escalate this to the hotline so a developer can determine what's going on.
