New Install of FFCore 5.0.0.1 giving error message when submitting business cards to the EX busi

Resolved.

The Basic Preflight V1.kpf used in the EasStart workflows caused this issue.

WHen I changed the workflow settings to Preflight Checks and chose the indivudual settings, I no longer get this error.

Error msg : Servicename : ConvertVItoPDF not found.

OS : Windows 10 Pro on i7 8GB Ram

Install went as expected, Core is licensed correct; Core Base installed.

When I submit a Business card, 2 different ones, I get the above error message.

I also creaed a new workflow ...same results.

Ideas?
