I know how it works :-) But I guess your are right with Chrome because it doesn't support silverlight anymore:
FFC could only be used by a version of Internet Explorer or Safari which supports Silverlight.
Well I got in contact with the support. Let's see if they can help.
Firefox and Chrome should work. The URL for a FFCore system is "IP number"/freeflowcore. Something is wrong that Xerox customer support could help with (e.g., Proxy server in the way).
I've tried Firefox in the newest version. Chrome won't work anyways.
Firefox is just trying to connect to the url, tha's all. A white page is all what I get....
Firefox should work. Please contact Xerox customer support. In the meantime you could try Chrome.
It's still not working even with Firefox.
As of version 5.3, FreeFlow Core has moved to modern browsers that use HTML such as the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, Chrome - and no longer supports older browsers such as Internet Explorer. Please download the latest Release Notes from Xerox.com > Customer Support > All Support & Drivers, for the current system specifications.
Try re-running the version 5.4.x installer again. Oftentimes, rerunning the Installer will resolve the problem. If you continue to have problems with the installation, please contact Xerox SUpport.
