Does this preset exist in your Split presets?

I had the same problem once, but could not find the preset in the FFCore GUI.

In that case you could try to remove the Split_LocalPreset_1R-iBis20.aet from the Install_Drive:\Xerox\FreeFlow\Core\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Presets\Split directory in Windows.

Just to be sure, keep the file, so you can put it back.......

This should not happen. My guess is some FFCore capability has changed for the Split node during upgrade(s) and now Core Exchange does not recognize the "old" capability during Cloning. Please, contact Xerox support to see if there is a workaround or if a SW fix is needed.

When I run a backup/Clone I get the error "Failed to decode preset Split:Split_LocalPreset_1R-iBis20"

Any idea why this would happen?
