If there's a problem that requires a developer to take a look this really should be escalated through the support channel.
I can help to the extent thatthe questions relate to the use of the software and not to actual problems with the software.
That said, a couple of questions:

Also, I would suggest esclating to the hotline just in case there's an actual issue with the software.
