The version number is not the problem (I always use unreleased software).
Not sure why you do not see the optios in the Job Submission UI. Please escalate this to the hotline. You local xerox person can help you with the process in Finland.
I don't have them there.
Version and client numbers are matching.
FFC was updated by local (Finland) Xerox personel just last friday.
Is it a problem that my version is 184.108.40.206 instead of 220.127.116.11 as in your screen shot?
The option has moved but it is still there. You can see it at the bottom of the job submission UI
If you are not seeing the same options I would check the server and client versions in the About FreeFlow Core screen
If the version numbers do not match then flush the browser cache and restart your browser.
Also, as you may have noticed above, you now have the option to select a printer destination and to define all job ticketing during upload.
That new option will make job ticketing both more complete and easier (people have a hard time typing in the exact stock name in the override).
I'm new to forum and new to FFC as well so please bear with me.
Our FFC was just updated to version 18.104.22.168 [2015.05.18 9865 01.04]
After that I don't have an option to choose over ride job ticket and give order quantity along with paper stock name.
Any idea what is going on? Is there some way to turn it on again or was it removed in new version?
