Hello, we are creating a similar workflow as in this previous thread:
Pdf with multi layer to one pdf per layer - new
by MLBYDLW in FreeFlow Core
Our jobs are failing with Status Detail of: Internal Error.
This happens with any fixup we create or any of the stock fixups exported from Acrobat DC 2017. It also happens when we try the example fixups posted in the last message of the above referenced thread.
I have found than we can succesfully run fixups created in Acrobat DC 2015.
I assume the example fixups posted ran succesfully on Javier's system so I am not sure why they or other DC 2017 fixups will not work.
We are on most recent posted version of FFCore (5.0.0.5). I have copied relevent log entries below.
