Upgradeing to 5.4.4 helps for that error but optimize node doesnt remove PDF/VT information.

Maybe it would be better if the insert was made PDF/X-4 compliant.
If you don't have control over the creation of the PDF to be Inserted, create a workflow with an Optimize Node making the insert PDF/X-4 compliant.
Now I have:

It is crushing on Watermark node.
Add an Optimize Node, check Convert to PDF Standard, and select PDF/X-3 (2002). This will remove the PDF/vt metadata and it PDF/X-3 compliant.
