Paper size shows up incorrect at the printer Versant / 1000iPress

Hello All,

I have the same issue with the the 1000i Press, When the job is procesed the paper size is automatically chaged to 8.5 X 11. 

My virtual printer and the fiery defualts are set to to 13 X 19" in Fiery Device centre. 

This problem is geting solved If I define the job ticket to 13 X 19' media size.

The most common cause for this issue that the document size setting that is within the application DOES NOT match the paper size that is loaded within the machine's paper tray. It is very important that you adjust the application's document size. Paper Source: Select the tray to use for printing.

On the EFI Command Station go device center>workflows/presets. Edit the preset>define job properties that is being used with the virtual printer and choose edit. Confirm that the media information is not "locked". There is a lock symbol above each attribute. If this attribute is "locked", the input (from the client) media information is ignored. See screensnaps below:

One can check if there is a queue(FFPS)/virtual printer(EFI) override for page size on the DFE. If an override is set on the DFE, the job ticketing from FFCore will be ignored.

Everything is fine at the freeflow core but when it goes to the printer, the paper size is not holding the correct size it defaults to 8.5 x 11 LEF for the Versant printer.

When the same job sent to Igen, it holds the correct paper size. Please help!
