There is no special steps you need to do when upgrading.
The issue sounds like a possible access rights issue - please check that the user that runs the Core service hasn't been reset by the installer. If it has, change the user that executes the service so that correct rights are granted.

Post Upgrade issue



I just upgraded to from a previous version of 5 (unsure which) and now nothing works. Are there any steps that I need to complete? 

I am able to log in and edit workflows but manifest files are not going through Core.


I have raised an urgent case with Support but UK Xerox suppot have not yet contacted me.
