In the spool folder C:\Xerox\FreeFlow\Core\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\Platform\Spool, one can check the xpf file for the submitted job to determine if the print quantity is set properly by FFCore. My guess is the problem resides on the Fiery as the print quantity is correct for the other printer. In Core Configure, "AlwaysCleanUpJobTicketFiles" needs to be set to "false" to retain the submitted xpifs on FFCore.

Print Quantity

Hi,

We are  using FF Core 6.1.2 with Fiery Server on Iridesse and Xerox 1000 press. 

Through MAX workflow print quantity is not getting updated on Fiery server with Iridesse. 

The Same workflow with on Xerox 1000 press is working fine. 

will be helpfull If we get any suggestion o this issue.
